The witnesses, employees of Miano, Course and Gargano, making statements contrary to those of Miano, claim to "not remember" if Dr. Babenko said something or not, while the photographic evidence attests that women were behind the back of the family doctor and have seen and heard everything, including words of love towards children. Even the course several times and Gargano use expletives "bitch" and "bitch face" without having a minimum of decency and morality, showing a familiar use of expletives and obscene language, unworthy of a woman.
The policeman testifies that Miano / Course / Gargano lie and commit crimes of libel, defamation and false ideologies, giving the version of events well different. JUDGEMENT OF THE COURT OF PEACE OF GENOA DR. PHILIP SANTERELLA

Why this woman should not be treated equally to other citizens? If the woman does not remember what had accused / slandered innocent of what damage we can talk? In addition, the court failed to apply the mitigating factors, having regard to the vileness of the crimes committed by the social Miano: This is the kidnapping of two children and extortion of € 300,000 for their release.
As the social worker Miano sold the children to the family at a price of € 300,000, making the deliberate actions of the sale of children and extorting money, and being the child of selling goods, the same was really selling of children, and therefore, the sentence given to Dr. Babenko is not injury but the description of the work activities of the social Miano. HEARING THE Supreme Court (of 22/01/2010)
Judges of the Court of Cassation (the names still do not know, because the sentence has not arrived yet) have rejected the appeal without having a legal reason, making themselves the crime of omission of official acts and racial discrimination by failing to enable criminal proceedings and disciplinary action against judges and Santarella Dagnino for crimes committed, including the false ideology with the purpose of aiding or failing to perform the duties of office, issues rulings in a manner prescribed by law.
As you see, not only Dr. Babenko, but also the officer-witness testimony and the journalist have been discriminated against and vilified as citizens, their testimony is not taken into account and not even any indicated in the texts of the judgments.
